It's funny because it's kind of true: In many cases inefficiencies make people feel more powerful. Inefficient process and more complex to manage than efficient ones, and managing complexity certainly has some job security associated with it. Just another challenge to selling imaging systems.

Thanks for pointing this out. Companies who are into document imaging business would definitely take a cue from here.
Document imaging is a technology by which documents could be replicated for business needs.
It includes printer, scanner, photostate mashine, OCM. document imaging can be described as software based computer sytem that capture, store or print images.
